FINANCIAL CONTROLLERUp to $200K Salary Package based on experienceThe Opportunity:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to help facilitate the global expansion of a high-growth SaaS company, specialising in providing cutting-edge evidence, investigation, and brief management software for law enforcement agencies and other related entities.
Their mission is to empower these organisations with state-of-the-art technology to enhance their capabilities and streamline critical processes.
Their expectation is to eventually become a billion dollar company.Reporting to the COO, you will play a pivotal role in steering financial strategy, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and driving the company's financial growth as they expand their footprint in both domestic and international markets, shaping financial trajectory, guiding the organisation through their next stage of growth, including entering key international markets like the USA and UK.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance, ensuring sustainable and strategic financial management while mitigating risks and maximizing resources.
Previous use of Hubspot software would be beneficial but not essential.What you will bring to the role:Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.Proven Financial Controller Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller, ideally demonstrating in-depth understanding of recurring revenue models and subscription growth strategies.Venture Capital Preparation: Prepare and lead financial initiatives in anticipation of venture capital funding.
Collaborate with executive leadership to present a compelling financial narrative to potential investors.Strategic Financial Acumen: Strong ability to anticipate financial challenges and opportunities, utilizing robust financial modelling and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.Budgeting and Cost Control: Demonstrated expertise in crafting and managing watertight budgets, achieving cost control while fuelling growth initiatives.Foresight and Metrics: Implement metrics and KPIs to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
