Joining our team of superstars, you will report to the Branch Manager and are responsible for the safety, well-being, and performance of your team.What you'll do:Oversee the safety, well-being, and performance of your team.Ensure all orders are processed and shipped before cut-off times.Maintain a tidy and efficient warehouse environment.Liaise with various teams to ensure smooth stock management.Meet stocktake and cycle counting requirements.Motivate and develop your team to achieve their best.What we're looking for:5+ years of team leadership experience.Strong fit with our company culture - positive, helpful, and with a sense of humorEssential Forklift license with high-reach experience.Customer-centric attitude - you put their needs firstFamiliarity with ICT products a plus.Proactive in safety and compliance.Accountable and results-oriented.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What we offer:Very competitive salary package based on experience.Monday to Friday schedule - no weekendsWork in a dynamic and supportive team environment.Opportunities for growth and development.Be part of a successful Australian company.Think you've got what it takes?We're looking for someone who is passionate about logistics, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and thrives on leading a team to success.
