The Opportunity Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal leadership role offers significant scope for an experienced operations professional to make their mark.
You will:
Take full ownership of site operations across manufacturing, quality, maintenance, warehousing, and logisticsLead strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and profitabilityDrive the optimization of ERP systems and digital transformationBuild and develop high-performing teams through meaningful engagementChampion a culture of innovation and continuous improvementWhat you Bring We are seeking an accomplished operations leader with:
Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably within food manufacturingStrong technical acumen with demonstrated success in implementing and optimizing ERP systemsA degree (or equivalent) in a technical or operations-related fieldTrack record of driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiativesOutstanding leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and develop teamsCommercial sophistication to manage budgets and drive financial performanceStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levelsWhat We Offer This role represents a significant career opportunity with:
