This role will support the delivery of the largest Federal Government Contact Centre.

The WFM Operational Architect will be accountable for focusing on WFM technologies across technical designs, costing and risk assessment.
Architecture Integrity: Architectural design and documentation of the converged environments as a high level Design Authority Customer Experience: Provide the ongoing strategic technical direction to the customer Solution Design & Delivery: Responsibility for the design of complex business solutions that integrate all data, voice, video communications and systems components into an effective network Technical Support: Assist Customer Delivery teams as required for high-level operational support including architectural views in support or Level 3 fault resolution.
This would entail in-depth knowledge of the networking solution and active participation within problem troubleshooting analysis It starts with you
Prior experience working in a Senior role within pre-sales/Embedded Architect Experience in providing a high level of technical advice and expertise to support, identify and maintain architectural integrity of a deployed customer ICT environment specialising in Workforce management, IEX Experience in a Managed Solutions environment including maintaining large corporate networks Tertiary qualifications in IT or Engineering field , Industry certifications from Cisco, ,Genesys, NICE CXone and Microsoft advantageous You must be an Australian citizen and be eligible for Federal Government security clearance The good stuff … 3 days in the office, 2 days remote – with flexible hours to suit
