About the Role: The Duty Manager will take the lead in the day to day operations of the business, ensuring a seamless operation and allowing customers to enjoy an exceptional experience.
They will play a key role in creating a sense of atmosphere, training new team members and ensuring the venue complies with regulations.
Looking for someone experienced in working in a fast-paced environment across a multi-faced venue.
Attention to detail and a positive work ethic is a must.
The ideal candidate will be a career focused manager with a strong gaming background who is interested in future opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities: Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered across all aspects of the businessEnsuring the venue operates safely and within restrictionsFocused on the development of the team, with the ability to lead, train and coordinate staff in a motivating, efficient and effective mannerAble to manage payments, cash handling and reportingConfident handling guest feedback and any complaints in an efficient and proactive mannerSkills & Experience: A natural and confident leader with exceptional communication skillsPassionate about customer service and delivering amazing experiencesMaintaining knowledge of venue compliance, regulations and venue operationsHave full availability to work a mix of nights, weekends and day shiftsRSA & ARCG accreditedExperience with gaming preferredA police check will be required for this roleYour application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a duty manager?Do you have customer service experience?Do you have a current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment?Do you hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate?Do you hold a current Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) certificate?How many years of people management experience do you have?What's your expected annual base salary? #J-18808-Ljbffr
