Hoppers Crossing Sports Club is searching for a Full Time Duty Manager to join our team and manage night operations at the Club.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team to deliver smooth and efficient operation of the Club.
You will work as part of a team to oversee daily operations, staff management, and customer satisfaction.
As part of this position, your work would include:
Leading a team to deliver exceptional customer serviceResponsible service of alcohol to members and guestsResponsible service of gaming to members & guestsBar and table serviceFood handling and serviceMaintaining presentation standards of the ClubResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) in Victoria (or a willingness to gain) are essential.
Experience in the hospitality or service industry and/or qualifications will also be highly regarded.
If you take pride in your appearance and presentation, have exceptional communication skills with a natural flair for providing outstanding customer service, then this is the job for you.
You will need to demonstrate: Ability to manage a teamPrevious hospitality experience preferableGreat teamwork and enthusiasmHigh attention to detailHigh level of resilienceYour application will include the following questions:
