In this role, you'll provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to our committed Primary Team, ensuring that interventions are both evidence-based and tailored to meet the unique developmental needs of our young people.In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you'll lead quality assurance initiatives such as file auditing, clinical reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our team.
Your dedication to upholding the values of Anglicare NT will ensure that we continue to provide quality services that make a positive impact in our community.What we are looking for:Approved tertiary qualification (Allied Health) and 5 years' experience in a mental health-related discipline, and registration with the relevant regulatory body such as AHPRA or membership of and adherence to professional standards, for example, AASW for social workers.Demonstrated leadership skills with experience (minimum 2 years) in providing clinical leadership and supervision within a multi-disciplinary team, including registration as a Board Approved Supervisor (if Psychologist).A passion for youth mental health, particularly working with young Aboriginal people and their families, and a keen interest in improving service access and cultural safety of primary youth services.For further information on this exciting opportunity, please contact Andi Jones, Centre Manager on .Note: The filling of this position is intended to constitute a special/equal opportunity measure under section 8(1) of the Racial Discrimination Act 1975 (Cth), section 57 of the Antidiscrimination Act 1996 (NT), and section 12 of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010.Special Measures vacancies are open to everyone, including Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people.
