Job Title: Senior Administrator
Company:
is the largest privately owned accommodation facility in the Pilbara with over 800 rooms, restaurant, bar, pool and gym.
We have a large client base, the majority of which are ASX listed Tier 1 mining companies, and several long-term contracts with these companies.
We are currently looking for a Senior Administrator with management experience based in our Head Office in Subiaco, WA.
The role is multi-faceted and is a Full Time position, Monday – Friday.
The ideal candidate will have a broad base of experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand and implement contracts correctly.
They will regularly meet with key clients to discuss and resolve any issues and will immerse themselves in our business to gain a full understanding of its operations.
Additionally, the role includes elements of HR, Marketing, and contract work.
Our ideal candidate will be efficient in computer skills, show initiative, be hard-working, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
No two days are the same in this role
Duties:
Taking high level bookings via email and phone and using our RMS booking system Dealing with key client issues including complaints and problem-solving solutions Generating and analyzing reports Forecasting bookings and managing the booking system Contract negotiations and implementation Booking flights for employees on FIFO rosters Site visits to Newman Training of key employees Maintaining and creating up-to-date procedures Sourcing and procurement of items for the business as per management request Invoicing of guests on a daily, bi-monthly, and monthly basis HR related duties - welfare checks, policies, and procedures maintenance Marketing and social media management Other duties as required Requirements:
Efficient computer skills to work with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
