Our mission to be bold and impactful How you'll contribute We are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly skilled 0-to-1 Product Manager to lead the development of ground-breaking data and robotics products from concept to launch. In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, working closely with cross-functional teams to define, build, and scale new products that leverage data and robotics technologies. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our product portfolio and make a significant impact on the industry.
Here's what we need Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for 0-to-1 products that align with the company's goals and market opportunities.Market Research: Conduct deep market analysis, customer research, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and validate product ideas.Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to drive product development from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high quality standards.Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, to gather insights, align priorities, and drive product adoption.Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and launch plans, to ensure successful product introduction.Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement, optimize user experience, and inform product decisions in alignment with the organizational goals.Innovation and Experimentation: Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product squad, encouraging creative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking.Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that products are designed with a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.Evangelise: Drive excitement, adoption, and satisfaction with the product by ensuring stakeholders are well-prepared with the appropriate collateral and messaging.How you'll succeed Product Experience: 2+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on 0-to-1 product development.Startup Experience: Experience working for early-stage ventures or startups, informing and guiding the early versions of digital products.Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a strong bias for action and a track record of bringing new products to market.Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Customer-Centric: Deep empathy for users and a passion for creating products that solve real-world problems.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy clearly and persuasively.The added perks Work alongside a friendly and passionate team on cutting-edge technology - We know that our success and growth is a result of our motivated and inspiring teams.Take up our genuine learning and development opportunities.Access to LinkedIn Learning platform.Employee Assistance Program.Qoctor, online telehealth.Settle into our great work environment and facilities.Work in comfort with a casual dress code.Flexible working.1 full day of leave, each year for work anniversariesWho are we?
