We're looking for a Product Manager to join our ever-evolving Product & Technology Development team to help us unleash the potential of every business.
About the role The role of experienced Product Manager is required to manage life cycle product planning activities and high-quality delivery of Payrix new products, enhancements, and releases to market.
Define product roadmap to meet market requirements in support of product line strategy by considering position in life cycle, product profitability, Go to Market, Client Satisfaction and Sales Success rate.
What you'll own Engage and interact with stakeholders during planning sessions, gaining a detailed understanding of user requirements.
Function as Voice of Customer.Prepares and presents product plans.
Identify risks and challenges, opportunities and growth strategies, business integration needs and retirement plans.Demonstrate leadership by establishing and articulating a clear vision of success and how goals and objectives will be achieved.Manage product plan by prioritizing and scoping features, enhancements, bugs relating to the product, integration needs and technology advancements.Managing delivery expectations and requirements for success.
Including Release, GTM, Support documentation.Assist the Head of Product with content for product roadmaps.Ensures timely delivery, clear visibility and provides business reasons for any changes/revisions made to roadmaps.Other related duties as needed. What you bring 5+ years' experience in a similar Product Management or Product Owner roleExperience in the SaaS FinTech / Payments / Banking spaceExcellent Project Management Documentation and Process skillsAtlassian Suite user - Confluence and JiraData Driven analysis.Solid understanding of the agile software development lifecycle and scrum processesTechnical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and designExcellent technical and non-technical problem-solving skillsProven success prioritizing commercial and/or business critical projectsAbility to communicate recommendations effectively to executive managementAbility to understand and apply technical concepts.Flexibility, versatility, dependability Added bonus if you have: Quality Assurance experience via test plans, report cards and similar.Any relevant Industry Qualifications / CertificationHands on experience as a Business AnalystExperience with Salesforce Worldpay perks - what we'll bring for you We know it's bigger than just your career.
