Casual Educator - Tecoma Early Learning CentreAre you a passionate and dedicated Educator looking for an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children?
Tecoma Early Learning Centre is seeking a fun & highly motivated Early Childhood Educator to join our incredible team on a Casual basis.
Our Centre is located in the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges, providing care and education for children aged six weeks to six years.
It offers play-based programs, a fully accredited kindergarten, and a focus on nature-inspired and child-led learning.
The centre emphasises inclusivity with events, cultural celebrations, and a secure platform for family communication.
Purpose-built facilities and nutritious daily meals cater to all dietary needs.

The opportunity As a Casual Educator with us, you will:
Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of all children in our care.Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children.Develop and implement age-appropriate learning programs that reflect the EYLF principles, practices, and learning outcomes.Plan and deliver experiences that support children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.Assist in incorporating cultural diversity and inclusivity in programming.Foster positive relationships with children, helping them develop self-confidence and social skills.Engage and build partnerships with families, sharing insights about their child's progress and development.Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to support children's needs.Adhere to the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.Maintain knowledge of child protection laws and report concerns as required.Follow health, safety, and hygiene policies, including food safety and infection control.You Minimum Cert III in ECEC (or ACECQA equivalent).Proven experience with EYLF, NQF and Child Safe Standards.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Proven experience with assisting to create a positive and engaging learning environment.Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.What you'll get from us Discounted childcare for your own children if applicable.Wellbeing resources – we care about our teamsFree access to medical and safety advice through our partnership with Sonder - and your family tooProfessional development opportunities, and a supportive and collaborative leadership team.Opportunities for career advancement within our growing organisation, and flexibility to move locations with 39 centres nationally.State of the art facilities – welcoming environment.If you are excited about the prospect of joining a dynamic team dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education, apply now Join us in making a difference in the lives of young children
