This position focuses on implementing collaborative, best-practice initiatives to enhance student retention, achieve positive graduate outcomes, and deliver an exceptional student experience for CQUniversity's diverse student community. Key priorities include driving institution-wide strategies such as the Disability-Informed Action Plan (currently in development) and Mindwaves 2.0, CQUniversity's Mental Health and Wellbeing Plan.Reporting to the Chief Wellbeing Officer, the Deputy Chief Wellbeing Officer leads the University's response to student critical incidents, applying trauma-informed, student-centred practices that emphasise building staff capability.
