We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a thriving aged care organisation, which operates two homes in Mackay. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy: Report directly to an engaged Board of 8 members, providing strategic direction and operational oversight. Lead a dedicated team, including the CFO, Executive General Manager, Hotel Services Manager, and HR Manager. Operational Excellence: Ensure the continued success of our well-structured organisation, fostering a positive team culture and high-quality care standards. Growth & Development: Drive initiatives for site refurbishment, home care expansion, retirement living growth, and allied health services, positioning our provider as a leader in the industry.
