Our client, a respected mortgage brokerage with offices in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, is seeking an exceptional Senior Finance Specialist & Mortgage Broker to join their close-knit, high-performing team in their Gold Coast office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to clients across residential and commercial lending
- Develop and nurture client relationships to drive referral business
- Meet and exceed monthly lending targets through strategic business development
- Create and execute annual business plans based on market knowledge
- Maintain highest standards of compliance and professional conduct
- Collaborate with referral partners including financial planners and accountants
The Ideal Candidate:
Banking experience in lending/credit assessment highly regarded Proven experience in mortgage broking with strong industry knowledge Previous experience working within major banks' lending departments preferred Natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills Results-driven with a track record of achieving targets Team player mentality (sporting background highly regarded) Strong work ethic and commitment to client service excellence Valid MFAA membership and relevant industry qualifications Understanding of bank credit policies and lending criteria Experience in assessing lending applications and structuring finance solutions What's On Offer:
