As part of our journey, we are looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced Store Manager who thrives in a high-end, customer-centric environment and has a love for luxury audio technology.
The Role As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience, leading a talented team, and managing daily operations to drive growth.
You will be the face of Soundlab's Bang & Olufsen experience, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the brand's sophistication and excellence.
Your responsibilities will include leading sales, developing team potential, managing inventory, and creating an engaging store atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all store operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and brand presentation.Drive sales and profitability through effective team leadership and a results-oriented mindset.Recruit, train, and develop a team of dedicated staff passionate about high-end audio-visual solutions.Manage store budgets, forecasts, and inventory levels to optimize performance and maintain stock integrity.Coordinate and execute in-store events, promotions, and product showcases, such as exclusive tastings and product demonstrations.Act as a brand ambassador, cultivating a community of loyal customers who appreciate the artistry of Bang & Olufsen.Conduct personalized in-home consultations to ensure the optimal setup and experience for clients.
(Drivers License Required)About You Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the high-end or luxury market.A strong track record in achieving sales targets and inspiring a team to exceed goals.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with discerning customers.A genuine passion for audio-visual technology and Bang & Olufsen products.High level of organization and attention to detail to maintain impeccable store standards.Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a dynamic retail environment.Why Join Us?
