To find out more about our story, visit: dannymetsally.com.au.About the PositionThe RoleReporting to the National People and Culture Manager, you will share responsibility for achieving team goals and priorities in line with the organisation's strategic objectives, values, and outcomes. The People and Culture Advisor works closely with the National People and Culture Manager to manage functions including onboarding, performance management, culture, and safety.Selection CriteriaThe ideal person we are looking for has:A minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar role.Ability to lead by example and model the organisation's values through own behaviour and making a positive contribution to workplace culture.Ability to work autonomously and within a team, developing strong, professional relationships with all internal/external stakeholders.Experience within the industry, with workers compensation and knowledge of the SCHADS award is highly regarded.You will also be required to undergo a NDIS Worker Screening Check.Key Responsibilities:Complete day-to-day People and Culture functions.Assist with injury management and Return to Work processes in consultation with Return to Work (and relevant state bodies).Assist in advising and supporting managers, supervisors, and employees with People and Culture queries, including performance concerns, disciplinary cases, and grievances.Assist with workplace health and safety for the corporate offices.Understanding of disability services and the SCHADS award.Develop, maintain, and be a role model for a culture among staff that is open to change and supports continuous improvement.Contribute to the continual improvement and streamlining of internal People and Culture policies and practices.Provide sound advice in relation to policy development.Administrative tasks related to People and Culture and payroll.What's on Offer:SUPPORT – The People and Culture Team is one of a kind; consistently demonstrating empathy, providing guidance, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.If you meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you Please apply directly to the advert.
