Whether it's a welcoming smile and greeting from our porter, a barista serving a cup of coffee or a security guard helping someone to find their way, our purpose is to provide care and empathy in all interactions.
Due to an uplift in our operation, we currently have opportunities for a casual Menu Monitor to join our dedicated Medirest Living team at the North CanberraHospital in Bruce, ACT.
THE POSITION To strictly ensure that patient dietary requirements and restrictions are correctly captured.
Be familiar with dietary restrictions and special, modified diets to ensure patient food preferences are met within the guidelines of diet or restrictions.
To ensure all available meal choices are offered to each patient.
Discuss special diet requirements with Chefs, Production Staff and Dietitians Conduct a final visual check of each special diet meal tray ticket at the end of the tray line To assist with the delivery process of special diet meals, ensuring all modified meals are delivered to the right patient THE PERSON Good attention to detail, taking pride in your work Ability to communicate to a variety of different teams, including clinical staff and production staff Therapeutic diet knowledge is desirable Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and Influenza (or willing to be) Possess a National Police Clearance or a Working with Vulnerable People Check (or be willing to obtain one) Willing to undergo a serology clearance THE BENEFITS Training provided Work within a team who enjoy providing excellent service Opportunities for internal transfer and promotion Immediate access to 100+ retail discounts No two days the same It's not just a job, you get to play a part in making a difference to those who need it most ****** or 1300TALENT #J-18808-Ljbffr
