About the role:
As an employee reporting to the Workshop controller, your role will involve the following duties:
Collaborating with colleagues such as Service Advisors and Parts Advisors; Ensuring that all servicing, maintenance, and repairs are performed according to the manufacturer's standards; Conducting diagnostics, resolving faults, and completing tasks to a high standard; Demonstrating the ability to work on larger, more complex jobs.
Who are we looking for:
We are currently searching for a skilled and experienced Dealership Technician.
Previous experience with Toyota, Isuzu UTE, or Mahindra is a definite advantage.
The ideal candidate should possess strong diagnostic skills and be able to handle complex jobs.
Additionally, they should be comfortable working as part of a team.
A full driving license is also a prerequisite for this role.
On Offer:
Salary will be based on your experience.
You will receive a monthly commission in addition to your base salary.
You will work a 9-day fortnight, supporting a work-life balance.
The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
You will be provided with a roster of days and Saturdays.
You will receive specialised training via the manufacturer and dealership.
Onsite parking will be available to you.
