We specialise in delivering strategic plans and solutions to help our clients achieve their transformation goals.Position Overview:As an Enterprise Architect in our Advisory Services team, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with clients to develop strategy and delivery plans for their transformation programs. You will work closely with the Engagement Lead and solution architects to assess client operating models, design capability models, and recommend strategic solutions aligned with best practices.Key Responsibilities:Assess client operating models and develop strategic plans to improve operational performanceDesign capability models to support business improvements and address client requirementsCollaborate with client stakeholders to understand guiding principles and decision drivers for digital solution selectionsElicit and assess functional requirements and processes, preparing fit/gap assessmentsDesign solution visions and executable roadmaps to address client business requirementsEvaluate and recommend business, technology, and infrastructure architectureKeep abreast of new and evolving solutions and technologies through research and case studiesOversee the delivery of enterprise architecture/roadmap as the Engagement LeadImprove the enterprise architecture framework and toolsets to support project deliveryProvide specialist product knowledge and domain expertise during sales opportunities.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in leading enterprise architecture engagementsAdvanced skills in preparing technical architecture diagrams and solution design documentationFamiliarity with Project Management approaches such as Waterfall, Agile, HybridDeep understanding of multiple systems and technologiesProven client pre-sales and relationship-building skillsExcellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge and experience in a wide range of applications and technical platformsHow to Apply:If you are an experienced Enterprise Architect looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to transformative projects, we invite you to join Fusion5.
