Associate Director – Management Consultancy (Leadership)
With significant growth ahead, BTS Australia are seeking an exceptional Associate Director to join our team in either Sydney or Melbourne.
Specifics of the Associate Director role
You have already held a role in professional services or consulting and have 7-10 years of experience.
Demonstrable experience in business development and selling.
Experience and interest in facilitation, presentation, or coaching, bringing an executive presence and sense of gravitas.
An interest in designing and developing learning journeys, particularly in the field of Leadership Development and/or Business Acumen.
Highly client centric with an entrepreneurial mindset and interest in developing relationships, expanding your network, and driving consistent sales activity to identify opportunities to generate revenue.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple streams of work at high quality.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines.
