Manager, Corporate, Fiduciary

Our client is a globally recognised service provider and is now seeking a manager to join its corporate team to manage and develop a team of administrators, ensuring the provision of a professional and first-class service to clients.
The ideal candidate should have a table 4 qualification such as STEP or ICSA Diploma, at least 8 years' experience in a similar role with 3 years' experience in a supervisory role, a comprehensive knowledge & understanding of the local finance industry, including understanding of financial statements, legislation & regulatory environment.
You will also have people management theory and practical experience.
Your role would include responsibility for a portfolio of clients (including complex and crown jewel clients) & acting as a group "B" Authorised Signatory.
Responsibilities also include some travel to meet with own and team clients, liaising with team clients, delegating tasks, reviewing financial statements for team clients, and liaising with all intermediaries, advisors, and the JFSC in respect of team clients.
You will manage team members, monitor the team's performance, and manage the team's workflows.
Additionally, you will analyze WIP for own and team clients, oversee billing & debtors, and ensure checklists and periodic reviews are undertaken by your direct reports.
