At LD Total, our design team play an active role in shaping the company and the landscape with the focus on quality and innovative design and delivery of projects.
In order to support the continued growth of our business in WA, LD Total is seeking appointment of a Landscape Architect to assist in providing fully integrated Landscape Architecture design and delivery of master planned land development communities including public open spaces, public sector projects, playgrounds, industrial estates, urban projects, and ecological projects.
There is the opportunity to further develop your professional and technical knowledge in all aspects of the landscaping industry through regular team building and social / professional networking events and UDIA / AILA affiliations.
As a Design & Construct company we work alongside our construction team to ensure our landscape vision hits the ground.
This means more time to design and work with our clients and less time spent undertaking contractual tasks.
We work with a range of clients in Perth, from the large diversified property groups through to smaller developers and builders.
We are seeking a talented Landscape Architect with two (2) or more years' experience in design, project management, professional practice, and documentation to join our growing studio at our Perth office.
At LD Total, we offer our staff exposure from concept design phase through to construction on every project.
We require a successful candidate who can work alongside our Senior staff in delivering high quality design outcomes for all projects.
Minimum selection criteria: Landscape Architecture degree (Bachelor or Masters) preferably Registered with AILA Design, drafting and technical support for landscape projects on a variety of project sizes and complexities Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative suite and Microsoft Office (some Sketch-Up maybe required) Self-motivated, professional and reliable Desire for professional development and to learn new skills Excellent communication, professionalism, organisation and time management skills What benefits LD Total can offer: Excellent remuneration Workplace flexibility and great work-life balance Mentoring and support from managers and senior Landscape architects, a culture that is supportive, collaborative and fosters open communication to achieve great outcomes Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) annual registration fees paid Healthy Workplace initiatives Employee Assistance Program Please address the minimum selection criteria in a cover letter and submit alongside a resume via our online application process.
