We're on the hunt for a driven, detail-focused operator who's passionate about excellence, sustainability, and the art of distillation.

As the Spirits Operations Manager , you'll be at the heart of everything—from crafting exceptional spirits to ensuring the smooth running of the distillery, all while embracing the Territory's unique flavours and resources.

What You'll Do
Production & Operations Distilling: Conduct precise distillation runs, recording data digitally to ensure consistent quality.

Bottling: Oversee the entire bottling process, meeting production targets while ensuring efficiency.

Maintenance: Care for and maintain equipment, and manage the installation of new systems when needed.

Inventory & Order Management Maintain optimal stock levels, avoiding shortages through regular checks and accurate forecasting.
Coordinate wholesale orders and ensure smooth, cost-effective transport across the NT and interstate.

Compliance & Safety Lead workplace safety initiatives, ensuring adherence to WHS standards and maintaining a zero-incident workplace.
Conduct compliance audits and keep meticulous records of production processes and regulations.

Continuously optimize production systems, introduce innovative solutions, and improve workflows.

Play a key role in aligning our operations with sustainability goals, working toward B Corp certification.

Collaboration & Community Engagement Build partnerships with suppliers and customers, both local, interstate and overseas.

Represent the brand by conducting engaging distillery tours that showcase our craftsmanship and values.

Leadership & Culture Manage recruitment, training, and performance of the distillery team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

Champion our culture and align team actions with company values.

Finance & Strategy Budgeting, payroll, invoicing, and financial audits.

Ensure customer adherence to supply agreements and support broader financial compliance initiatives.
