We are seeking experienced and passionate individuals ready to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our iconic properties.In this hands-on position, you will lead and manage a dedicated team, overseeing guest activities, staff rosters, logistics, and administration.
Your primary goal will be to inspire your team to deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests.Key Responsibilities:Achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and enhance guest satisfaction.Deliver an impeccable guest-facing experience at all times.Support your team in providing exceptional food and beverage experiences.Monitor budgets and implement cost-control measures to optimise lodge operations.Uphold high standards of accommodation, ensuring cleanliness and comfort.Promote a culture of safety, reporting and addressing incidents and hazards promptly.Complete necessary administrative tasks as required by the operations team.Participate in staff inductions and training to foster a skilled and motivated workforce.This is a remote position, and you will be required to live and work at one of our properties for the entire season.
