Immutable needs a world-class data capability to make better or faster decisions.The Head of Data will create this capability as a service for the business through hiring, training, education, outsourcing, and technology-building.
You will play a pivotal role in empowering our Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to harness the power of data for strategic decision-making.Your team's expertise will drive our studio and platform to success as you quantitatively investigate user interactions, evaluate feature effectiveness, and deliver insightful recommendations.You'll Be Empowered ToBuild a data-driven culture at Immutable and manage business expectations.Set the technical standard for our data team across analytics and engineering.Use data to create value for Immutable and identify how to solve business problems with data.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science and related technologies.Constantly improve standards, processes, and techniques for better decision-making.Collaborate with various teams to align data analysis with business strategy.Build a team capable of developing and implementing predictive models.Present visualisations and generate reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.We'd Love You To BringBachelor or Master in a quantitative field (e.g.
Engineering, Maths, Statistics).2+ years managing a team with 8+ years of technical experience.Experience with Python, SQL, cloud-based data stacks, and BI tools.Management experience in growth tech companies.Experience hiring and building a world-class team.Solid grasp of standard statistical methods and applications.Ability to communicate complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences.Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration.Understanding of data privacy regulation.Product and growth analytics experience.Experience supporting significant user acquisition budgets.Expertise in event instrumentation.Experience defining and measuring KPIs.Bonus Points ForGame or Product marketing expertise.Web 3 knowledge or interest.A/B testing and experimentation.Monetisation design experience.Experience with an ML framework and big data technologies.Experience with Looker.A bit about the team:This role will be part of the Immutable group data function, responsible for sharing knowledge and monitoring performance of products.We are proud of the benefits that we offer for all of our employees globally.We commit to paying globally competitive salaries and contributions & share our products' success through Employee Stock Options.
