With over 30 years' experience, Level Plumbing Tamworth provides plumbing maintenance services to domestic, commercial, and industrial environments across the region from its Head Office located in Tamworth.Level Plumbing Tamworth is an organisation that understands the importance of people and quality within its business and provides a unique opportunity for the right person to develop their skills and secure their long term future.The person we are seeking will:Hold at least a current Tradesperson's CertificateEnjoy customer service and working autonomouslyBe flexible and able to prioritiseAppreciate the importance of WH&SHave a positive approach to workWe provide a centralised base that handles all bookings for you so that you can concentrate on attending to the needs of customers. The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:Has a current Driver's LicenceDemonstrates good computer skills, including the use of Google Docs & Sheets (or similar)Has experience with computer-based estimatingEnjoys interacting with peopleTakes pride in customer serviceDemonstrates good communication skillsIs committed to following the proven and successful Level Plumbing customer service modelEach applicant must also have a good understanding of at least the following Australian Standards and be able to apply them to every job:AS3500 - Plumbing and drainageAS5601 - Gas InstallationsHB 39 - Installation code for metal roof and wall claddingIdeally, you will have worked in a similar role as an Estimator in a plumbing business.
