We're looking for like-minded individuals who are eager to make a difference in the world of cloud data.Position Overview:As an Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant at Vivanti, you'll have a pivotal role in shaping the future of our growing team. More than just filling roles, you'll be crafting strategies that align with our long-term vision, helping us find passionate professionals who will drive innovation in cloud data and analytics. Beyond recruitment, this role will overlap with elements of people and culture—fostering an environment where our employees can thrive both professionally and personally.The ideal candidate is someone who is not only skilled in recruitment but also deeply interested in the holistic aspects of people management. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to support a culture of engagement, well-being, and continuous development across the company.Key Responsibilities:Talent AcquisitionWork on the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for both technical and non-technical positions, ensuring the right candidates are attracted, screened, and selected.Design and implement sourcing strategies that reflect Vivanti's unique needs, with a focus on finding talent with expertise in cloud, data, and analytics technologies.Maintain a strong pipeline of talent through proactive outreach, attending industry events, leveraging social media, job boards, and more.Partner with leadership and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs in line with Vivanti's growth trajectory.Craft compelling job advertisements that resonate with potential candidates and communicate Vivanti's culture, mission, and values.People & Culture Duties:Act as a key player in promoting Vivanti's values and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee well-being, satisfaction, and retention.Partner with leadership to support onboarding processes, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and are set up for success.Engage in culture-building activities, such as planning team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.Provide insights and support in employee engagement strategies, including surveys, feedback collection, and improvement initiatives.Assist in fostering learning and development opportunities, aligning recruitment with Vivanti's overall commitment to growth and professional development.Skills and Experience Required:Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, ideally within the technology, cloud, or data analytics space.Demonstrated ability to source talent creatively, using a variety of platforms, including social media, job boards, and networking.A genuine interest in people and culture, with experience (or interest) in supporting employee engagement, onboarding, and development programs.Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organisation, from junior staff to leadership.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-growing environment.Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions.A passion for identifying and developing top talent that aligns with Vivanti's growth and cultural objectives.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for the Internal Recruitment Manager role will hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in recruitment strategies and organisational development.Why Vivanti:A competitive $80,000 AUD salary package with a performance-based bonus structure.Opportunity to work with a team that values fun, creativity, and innovation, where everyone's contributions are celebrated.A workplace that prioritises continuous learning and professional development, offering unmatched support for employees at all stages of their career.A chance to make a real impact in a growing company that values both technical expertise and people-focused leadership.If you're passionate about more than just recruitment—if you care deeply about people, culture, and creating a world-class work environment—we'd love to hear from you.
