The Opportunity Join Dexus as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our talent strategy and make a significant impact on our growing team.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant contributes to building the capability, leadership, and culture of Dexus both today and in the future. The role purpose is to partner with hiring managers in a designated business portfolio to attract, mobilise and retain talent.
As a member of the Talent and Development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives aimed at enhancing our talent attraction strategies and optimising the management of our processes, systems, and policies. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring that we continuously improve our ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
About You Demonstrated success in an In-House Talent Acquisition role – specifically from within the investment sectorExtensive knowledge of the Investment / Real Assets industry: Understanding the nuances of investment roles and the specific skills requiredPrior experience supporting high performing leadership teams and managersExperience and passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building quality working relationshipsExperienced using Workday preferredStrong verbal and written communications skillsComprehensive negotiation, mediation, conflict management and customer retention skills.Capabilities / behaviours Expertise in Talent Acquisition Best PracticesExceptional Relationship Management and Influencing AbilitiesAdvanced Consulting, Negotiation, and Facilitation SkillsFamiliarity with Human Resource Policies and PracticesProficient Interviewing and Role Analysis SkillsSolid Business Acumen and UnderstandingExcellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills with a Strong Service OrientationCapability in Business PartneringEffective Project Management and Prioritisation SkillsWhy choose Dexus?
