The company and role:
Sharp & Carter are proud to be partnering with an industry-leading organisation, as they search for an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to join their dynamic and growing People and Culture function.
The Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for partnering with other Senior Executives to develop the talent agenda for the entire business.
You will be responsible for leading the transformation of the function and will work closely with the other members of the P&C team to create a market-leading talent attraction and retention program.
This strategic and operational role will be hands-on and will require the successful candidate to work collaboratively with the entire business from the office 5 days a week.
Key responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership within the Talent function to ensure the wider business objectives and goals are met.
Partner with Senior leadership on workforce planning.
Lead and inspire a team of talent acquisition professionals whilst managing day-to-day recruitment operations across the business.
Partner with the wider P&C team to develop and embed the organisations value proposition.
Embed and drive exceptional candidate and employee experiences across the entire recruitment and onboarding process.
Skills and Experience required:
You will have demonstrable experience of leading a talent acquisition function ideally this will include multi-site organisations and a blended blue & white-collar workforce.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
