The way we work continues to evolve and at Zurich we are committed to creating ways of working that ensure you are helping to create a brighter future.As the Senior Group Claims Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing a small portfolio of complex claims, conducting quality assurance reviews, providing technical support on claims strategies and management, supervising & mentoring claims assessors and supporting the relationship with our superannuation partners.As a subject matter expert, you'll use your superior knowledge to develop and enhance the skills and capabilities of the team, drive continuous improvement and process enhancements, and protect and promote Zurich's claim philosophy.Important to your success - let's grow togetherExperience as Senior Assessor (or high performing claims assessor) managing end-to-end group insurance claims, specifically lump sum and TPD.Experience managing multiple policies, dealing with and resolving complaints, reviewing disputed claim decisions.Strong understanding of LICOP, PYS/PMIF, Transfer Terms.Experience presenting claims data to Trustees/Fund Partners is preferred.Experience providing coaching and mentoring.Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives.Belong.
