YOUR ROLE
Join our Intermediated Insurance division as a Professional Indemnity Claims consultant and help manage and resolve complex claims.
In this dynamic position, you'll provide expert advice to assist in the resolution of a variety of claims, including skilfully negotiating settlements, managing and attending Mediations, setting claims management strategies and providing complex indemnity advice.
With a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service, you'll play a key part in meeting customer and financial objectives by efficiently guiding claims through to resolution within defined timeframes across a varied portfolio.

This is a permanent role and can be based in all major cities in Australia.
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience in the field of professional indemnity or financial lines claims Strong negotiation skills in both litigated and non-litigated matters.
Ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Lawyers around Australia.
Experience working in a legal, insurance or regulatory environment predominantly focused on professional indemnity or financial lines claims and products.
Ability to handle a diverse portfolio of claims while providing high level customer service.
High attention to detail.
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
