As a Product and Optimization Specialist within the Broadacre division at CNH Industrial, you will be integral to enhancing product performance for one of the foremost manufacturers in the agricultural equipment sector. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert guidance and sales support for our high-horsepower tractor ranges and combines. Collaborating closely with farmers and dealers across Western Australia, your mission will be to elevate the efficiency and effectiveness of our machinery in broadacre farming operations. What You'll Do: Develop and Implement Training Programs: Create and launch training programs to improve marketing, sales, and product knowledge for our customers and dealers. These programs will support processes and provide better product information. Build Relationships: Work closely with the sales team and channel partners to share accurate data and insights that enhance market knowledge, boost product performance, and support sales strategies. Provide Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to different business units on product improvement suggestions received from our dealers. Data Collection and Analysis: Use established tools and methods to independently collect and analyse data effectively. Enhance Dealer Knowledge: Improve the knowledge of the dealer sales team to increase retail sales and achieve market share goals. Support Events: Help plan, organise, and participate in important field days and dealer events to showcase our company's offerings. About you: 2 to 5 years of agricultural industry experience desired. Willingness and ability to travel within WA. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks. Demonstrated team player. Strong communication skills. Valid Driver's license. Education: Ideally, a bachelor's degree or Equivalent Education with related (5-7 years) work experience in agriculture, business, marketing, engineering, or related field. Why Join Us?
