Job DescriptionAbout your new employer:• Large Australian market leading organisation and a true leader in their field• Well-known and respected brand• Convenient North Ryde location• Supportive and friendly management team• Great culture• An organisation that invests in its staff and developmentAbout your new job:Providing support to another payroll officer, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:• Setting up new employees in the system• Answering payroll inquiries and managing payroll inbox• Setting up staff super, tax and bank details• Maintaining and keeping staff details up to date ensuring accuracy• Assisting in the creation of staff contracts as needed• Providing other assistance as requiredAbout You:To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:• Previous exposure in payroll or payroll systems/T&A, however not essential• Relevant experience that can be applied to payroll• Ability to work in a team and take instruction• Understanding of Microsoft packages• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality• Willingness to learn• Passion for growing your experience in the Payroll arenaWhat is in it for you:• Training will be provided to the right candidate• Supportive management• Rewarding role and an opportunity to develop your payroll skills• Parking provided• Close to public transport• Opportunity for permanency
