About the Role
As our Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you'll be the strategic lead and trusted advisor for all things people.
This is more than an HR role; it's an opportunity to shape the heart of our culture, drive meaningful change, and ensure our people strategy aligns seamlessly with our expanding business goals.
From steering talent acquisition to cultivating a thriving and inclusive workplace culture, your role will be central to supporting innovation and growth across the organisation, including our exciting new ventures into retail.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent for all areas of the business.
Partner with leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with Adore Beauty's vision, values, and commercial goals.
Provide expert advice on employment legislation, compliance, and award interpretation to mitigate risk and maintain best practices.
Optimise and support our HRIS platforms, including UKG Ready, ELMO, and Culture Amp, to enhance operational efficiency.
Build a culture that values collaboration, continuous feedback, and problem-solving.
Support our Retail team and Customer Fulfilment Centre with people-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Oversee key areas such as remuneration and benefits, compliance, performance management, and workforce planning.
Coach and support leaders to strengthen the employee experience and foster a positive, high-performing work environment.
Promote a strong safety culture by managing incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions effectively.
Who You Are
You're a natural connector and collaborator, driven by a genuine passion for supporting people and solving challenges.
You thrive in fast-paced environments where you can jump straight in and make a difference.
You also bring:
Experience: A minimum of 4 years managing complex employee relations issues.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Expertise: Demonstrated experience in the General Retail Industry, including award interpretation and compliance.
Safety Focus: Proven ability to build a strong safety culture, with knowledge of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013.
HR Knowledge: Broad understanding of HR disciplines, including recruitment, employee relations, diversity, and performance management.
Skills: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
Adaptability: A proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in dynamic environments.
