About the RoleYou will support the Data Manager, Administration Manager, Senior Data and Data Clerks, to provide administrative, data entry and reception assistance to St Vincent's BreastScreen.
You must also be able to understand and comply with documented Breastscreen Victoria policies, procedures and protocols.
Duties include:

Management of client data, including entry, processing of breast imaging and electronic management of image transfers in an accurate and timely manner
Process confidential data generated by St Vincent's BreastScreen and associated screening centres
Create and dispatch results as per department timeframe
Completion of other duties as directed by senior staff
Perform reception duties as defined in the Data Manual in a professional and caring manner
Advise clients appropriately of delayed appointment circumstances
Answer and transfer incoming calls in a proficient, timely and professionally welcoming manner

Classifications for this position will range from HS1 - HS17 ($58,442 - $64,610 per annum pro rata)
Your Contribution

VCE or equivalent
Demonstrated competence in a range of Windows based software
Competency in medical imaging software and interfaces
A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal Hisotry Check, or willing to obtain
