What We're Looking For: More than anything, we are looking for engineers who want to help us solve customer problems.
It's less about the technologies you are familiar with and more about understanding our customers and shipping features that grow revenue.
Senior-level Full Stack Experience - Strong foundational skills across the stack with experience in both front-end and back-end development.
Autonomous & Proactive Mindset - Able to work independently, take ownership of projects, and self-manage.
Quick Learner - You have a growth mindset and can quickly learn new programming languages and frameworks.
Comfortable With Uncertainty - You are someone who is comfortable figuring things out when we don't have all the answers.
Good Communication Skills - Able to communicate issues early, reach out for help, and work well in a collaborative environment.
Mentorship Potential - Willingness and capability to mentor future team members and potentially take on a lead role as the team grows in Sydney.
We use NestJs, Angular, Vue, and NextJS (React) throughout our stack.
Familiarity with these frameworks would be nice to have, but we are confident that the right person will be able to learn these fairly quickly.

As our Senior FS Engineer, you'll join one of our existing teams and will join an established group of focused, friendly, and high-performing Engineers, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and more.
You'll be a truly full stack engineer that has a pragmatic approach to your work.
You're truly Full Stack, with experience working on both Front end and Back End projects throughout your career.
This team works at a high velocity and delivers varied products that touch most parts of our product stack.
The engineering stack is comprised of PostgreSQL and Node.
The co-founding team consists of a domain expert and a software engineer with extensive industry experience.
We recently raised a pre-seed round from two leading VCs in Australia and made our first software engineer hire.
