As a Customer Support Representative (CSR), you'll be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, managing enquiries, coordinating orders, and ensuring our customers receive accurate and timely information.
You'll use Komatsu's internal systems and processes to handle order tracking, liaise with local vendors and transport providers, and interpret parts to deliver tailored solutions.
By working closely with various departments and external partners, you'll play a critical role in maintaining high service standards and delivering exceptional customer support.

Customer Support Centre Team Leader or SupervisorCustomer Projects CoordinatorCustomer Support Sales RepresentativeThe OpportunityThis 2-year program offers a comprehensive introduction to Komatsu's internal systems, processes, and customer support functions.
You'll develop a strong understanding of order coordination, parts interpretation, and customer relationship management in a professional, office-based environment.
Throughout the program, you'll gain hands-on experience in:
