Job Description Our Melbourne restaurant encompasses our ethos on a bigger scale.
Located in Tullamarine, as part of the world-class surfing destination URBNSURF, we feature a menu that showcases the best of Victoria's farms, wineries, craft breweries, and artisan producers.
You also get to enjoy the perks of being located next to perfect waves - either soaking up the atmosphere or grabbing your board and diving in
The Ducks' Assistant Restaurant Manager is a key role within the Ducks' team.
Responsible for playing a crucial role in the overall success of the venue by ensuring each guest has a positive and unforgettable experience with us at The Ducks.
This role also plays a part in ensuring both the front and back of the house staff are working together cohesively to achieve the same goals and objectives.
Capabilities Proven work experience in a high volume setting as a Supervisor or Manager of a restaurant Extensive Food & Beverage knowledge & Passion for the industry Great customer service skills and the temperament to match Ability to work with, mentor, and develop a large team Wine & Cocktail knowledge a bonus Comfortable setting priorities and tasks as required Possess excellent problem-solving, communication, organisational, and planning skills Proficient computer skills including experience in Microsoft Office is strongly desired Solid financial acumen and the desire to exceed expectations If this sounds like you - apply now or send your resume to ****** Three Blue Ducks is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to principles of diversity and inclusion.
