We are looking for a bright, positive, and motivated individual as our Restaurant Manager while working with a team to deliver exceptional service and guest experience standards.Our Team:Delivers excellent customer service and communication skillsIs always service-driven and customer-focusedWorks with a friendly attitude, isn't afraid to ask questions, and is confident in the job they doBelieves strongly in the values of an inclusive, trustworthy, and driven workforceAbout You:You will demonstrate at least three years of experience in a similar management roleYou will have very good hospitality business acumen, understanding of rostering, operational costings, and team developmentYou are a dedicated hospitality professionalYou will be available to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidaysYou will be keen to learn and expand on your existing hospitality management knowledgeYou will enjoy teamwork and a customer-focused environmentWine knowledge is a distinct advantageResponsibilities:Maintaining company standards of service and presentationPlanning and development of seasonal menus, wine matching, and special event menusDeveloping relationships with local suppliers and producersMaintaining purchasing, stock levels, and staffing costs in line with weekly and monthly budgetsManaging and overseeing reservations and customer service in a busy dining roomManaging health and safety requirements and COVID regulationsParticipating in recruitment, training, and supervising of new staffIf this is you, then please apply.
