With sustainability at the core of our mission, we aim to revolutionise Australia's eating habits with vibrant, green-inspired meals.We're looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to oversee our operations, maintain excellent customer experiences, and ensure each store upholds our brand's high standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operations of Bami stores, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across all locations.Develop, train, and lead store teams to deliver top-notch customer service and achieve performance targets.Oversee inventory control, stock ordering, and ensure compliance with food quality and hygiene standards.Prepare staff rosters and manage labor costs in alignment with budgets.Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to execute promotions and achieve sales goals.Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, maintaining a positive reputation for the brand.Ensure compliance with workplace safety, food regulations, and company policies.Travel regularly between Melbourne CBD and store locations to provide hands-on support and guidance.Qualifications and Requirements:At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a franchised or multi-location setting.Fluency in Vietnamese to communicate effectively with team members and customers.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.Proficient in using restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Own a car and have a valid driver's license for frequent travel between office and store locations.A proactive mindset and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.What We Offer:Career development opportunities within a rapidly growing brand.A supportive and collaborative work culture.The chance to make a real impact in a company committed to sustainability and innovation.How to Apply:Interested candidates, please send your Resume and a Cover Letter outlining your relevant experience and passion for the role to ****** us at Bami and help lead the way in redefining Vietnamese street food in Australia#J-18808-Ljbffr
