Plant & Machinery Operators (Construction) MGN Civil is a specialist marine civil contractor that specializes in technically difficult projects.

We have a niche capability in the rock wall, ground improvement, and bulk earthworks space, currently operating in NSW, QLD, and WA.
MGN Civil is seeking Plant Operators, including Excavator, Front end loader, and Dump Truck. The roles are available as local, or Fly in Fly out (3 weeks on, 1 week off), and will commence in January 2025.
The operators will be assisting with bulk earthworks and the construction of rock structures.
To be successful, you will require the following:
Relevant Plant Tickets – Excavator, Front end loader, and Dump truck (moxy)White CardCurrent Driver's licenceCivil construction experience in a similar roleAbility to assist with other general labouring duties as required (geo-fabric & pipe placement)Strong commitment to workplace safety and working effectively within a team environmentCompetitive rates will reflect experience level and the ability to operate multiple pieces of plant.
Successful FIFO applicants will be housed in residential share accommodation and provided with LAFHA.
