We have exciting opportunities for dedicated and reliable Fixed Plant and Forklift Operators to join our dynamic Tyrecycle team at our state-of-the-art Port Hedland facility.
This role follows a 2:2 roster, allowing for a great work-life balance.
As a vital member of our team, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in our mission to turn waste into valuable resources.
Your primary responsibilities will include operating and maintaining advanced processing equipment, ensuring that we produce high-quality products for our valued customers.

As a Plant Operator, you'll play a key role at our new plant in Port Hedland, contributing to your community by turning waste tyres into valuable resources.

Your key responsibilities will be: Operating mobile plant equipment to move materials for processing, sorting, storing and transportingOperating recycling processing equipment including but not limited to crushers, shredders, granulators and sortersUnloading tyres and other recyclable materials from trucks and loading into containersRemoving contamination from recyclable materialSupporting basic maintenance tasksAbout You: Experience operating plant equipment - Training and upskilling availableForklift licence (required)Bobcat ticket and experience (desirable)Understanding of safe work practices and manual handlingGood work ethic and employment historyPhysically fit to handle repetitive heavy lifting up to 20kgsCandidates with labouring experience wanting to upskill encouraged to applyWho we are: Tyrecycle is ResourceCo's tyre recycling business and proudly, Australia's leading tyre recycler.
