Our Client, a Tier 1 Iron Ore Producer, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager.This role will be primarily based at their Perth location working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with site trips required once per month for up to 2 days in length at a time.Duties and Responsibilities:Supporting strategy implementation and delivery and improvementLeading medium-large teamsManaging project plans and budgetsDeveloping and maintaining collaborative relationships within and across teamsPlan, manage and direct large-scale, complex projects based on a defined need and to achieve project objectives.Planning the scope and baseline for the project, including defining the project plan, charter and project scheduleDefine and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery planApply management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to a broad range of tasks to deliver the desired result for a particular project in a timely mannerExecute the project schedule to ensure that the project team completes each activity according to planAccountable for the delivery and success of the project and the acceptance of the product by the customerEnsure all projects adhere to end to end project methodology compliance standards. Identify project dependencies and assess and resolve all project risks as they are encounteredAccountable for accurate and timely data quality in the relevant information systemsExperience and Qualifications Required:Project Management qualification – PMI, PRINCE2, Diploma/Certificate in PM, or equivalent10-years Project Management experience, including in the last 5-years consecutively.Advanced skillset managing accurate MS project schedules, financials, risks, issuesAbility to work with various levels stakeholder from senior executives to foundational delivery teams (engineers, scheduler, financial controller)Clear understanding on developing and managing critical pathAbility to work in partnership with our external service providersExperience mobilising teamsPrevious experience delivering infrastructure and network projects (Desirable)PM – PMBOK Qualification (Desirable)Please note we can only accept Perth based candidates that have existing working rights; sponsorship is not available.Your application will include the following questions:Are you currently working in a Project Management role?How many years of Project Management experience do you have?
