Newly Created Opportunity | Eyre Peninsula | Multi-site Management Born and bred on the Eyre Peninsula over 70 years ago, our client, Ramsey Bros, has established itself as the state's most trusted partner for today's farmer.
Now operating six dealerships across South Australia, the family owned and operated business is deeply embedded in local community; not only providing genuine support, value for money services and top of the range equipment, they are firmly focussed on helping to drive more sustainable agricultural practices and giving back to local charities, schools and service groups through volunteering efforts.
We are now seeking a highly proficient and committed Area Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and operations of Ramsey Bros' northern Eyre Peninsula branches in Cleve, Kimba and Wudinna.
Key Responsibilities:
Champion Ramsey Bros' core values and maintain stakeholder relationships.Oversee the Parts and Service department managers, Administration and Sales teams.Contribute to the development and implementation of organisational strategies, policies, and practices.Develop sales and marketing strategies.Promote the professional image of Ramsey Bros as the preferred supplier and service provider to agricultural machinery users.Success in this role will be underpinned by prior experience in managing a multi-faceted branch, coupled with financial aptitude, superior organisation skills, commitment to achieving organisational goals and motivation to drive and grow the business.
Equally, you will be a highly energetic, engaging and results oriented person, who strives to make an outstanding contribution to an organisation while further developing and maximising career opportunities.
