If you're ready to contribute to client success, embrace growth, and be part of a culture that recognises and values your talents, we would love to hear from you.As the Manager in Geelong, you will be responsible for:Supporting the team to deliver an exceptional client service with a focus on quality and an in-depth understanding of client needsWorking directly with clients to provide consulting advice and reportingScoping and managing budgets to optimise productivity for your teamCollaborating with our Continuous Improvement and Training Lead to provide comprehensive training and guidance to team members, enabling optimal performance.Overseeing team operations as part of the Leadership team, which includes recruitment, workflow management, resource planning, reviewing timesheets and expenses, and driving performance development.As our new team member, you will have:Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or a similar undergraduate degree, supplemented by relevant professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), or equivalent.5 years' experience in professional services with an emphasis on Tax and Accounting.Exposure to larger client groups and sophisticated business structuresStrong leadership skills in a professional services environmentDemonstrated workflow management experienceIf this sounds like you, and you're keen to join a team where you are valued and your career is a priority, reach out for more information (Position Description) or apply now.What we offerAt Moore Australia (VIC/TAS), we prioritise your success and wellbeing, offering a range of benefits designed to enhance both your professional and personal life.
