Role Overview: We're looking for a creative, data-driven, and video-savvy Social Media Content Producer to elevate Finder's presence on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube—while also embracing opportunities on other platforms.
This role centers on creating, analyzing, and optimizing content to deliver exceptional results.
You'll play a key role in engaging audiences, building communities, and driving measurable growth.
Responsibilities: Passionate Video Creation: Plan, create, and deliver compelling video-first content with a focus on short-form, eye-catching videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Your work should showcase a keen skill in editing and storytelling, bringing ideas to life with high engagement potential.Video Analysis & Optimization: Deeply analyze video performance across platforms, extracting insights to optimize content for engagement, reach, and conversions.Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with Editorial, Marketing, PR, and Product teams to develop and execute social media strategies and integrated campaigns.Community Engagement: Build and nurture Finder's online communities through creative interactions, timely responses, and authentic engagement.Trendspotting: Stay ahead of platform-specific trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep Finder's content innovative and relevant.Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics tools to generate performance reports and actionable insights, continuously refining strategies based on data.Creative Collaboration: Partner with internal and external design, video, and copywriting teams to develop content that captivates and delivers results.Desired Experience and Skills: Proven expertise in creating and growing audiences on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a focus on video content.Passion for video creation, with demonstrable skills in editing short-form, high-impact videos for social platforms.Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent) and design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, or Figma).Experience using scheduling and analytics tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or platform-native insights tools.A creative mindset with a deep understanding of platform-specific video formats, trends, and audience engagement strategies.Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.Passion for empowering Australians through financial education.Nice to Have: Comfortable appearing on camera for content creation or community engagement.Experience with influencer collaborations or paid social campaigns.Why Join Us?
