Ideal Candidate Background: Extensive experience in a digital or creative agency, or an internal content team producing high-quality video content for social media platforms.
Proficiency in content creation tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
Proven track record of creating content that engages audiences and drives measurable results.
A keen sense for utilizing visuals, sound design, and editorial pacing to craft engaging stories that inspire action.
Key Responsibilities: Performance-First Editing: Your primary focus will be creating content that engages and converts.
You will craft compelling stories while experimenting with sound, visuals, and textual elements to capture audience attention and motivate action.
Content Variations for Optimization: Develop multiple versions of content (e.g., variations for the first 2-3 seconds) to maximize reach and engagement across different audience groups.
Test various formats to ensure high performance across platforms.
Platform-Specific Mastery: Stay updated on the unique "native" aesthetics and strategies of platforms like TikTok and Instagram to achieve the highest engagement rates.
Research and Analytics: Conduct competitive research, understand audience personas, and analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies.
Contribute to creative discussions to enhance impact and quality.

Requirements: Experience: 5+ years in video editing, digital marketing, or creative content production, with a focus on storytelling and audience engagement.
