Position Overview: Currently, we're on the lookout for a devoted and dynamic Childcare Centre Manager who will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enriching the daily operations of our center.
The ideal candidate will champion a nurturing and engaging environment while ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: Provide robust leadership and guidance to our team of passionate educators and support staff.Cultivate a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning atmosphere for children.Design and implement innovative curriculum programs fostering holistic child development.Foster strong relationships with parents and families, promoting open communication and collaboration.Manage administrative duties such as budgets, enrollment, and staff development.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, maintaining exemplary health and safety standards.Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.Demonstrated experience as a Centre Manager or in a similar leadership capacity within a childcare setting.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with and dedication to the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.Current First Aid, CPR, and WWVP (or the ability to obtain them).What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional development and advancement.Warm and welcoming center environment with a committed team.The opportunity to significantly impact the lives of children and their families.Further Training and Development.If you're a passionate and committed Childcare Centre Manager ready to lead and inspire our team while shaping the future of our center, we urge you to apply.
