Key responsibilities include: Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre team in accordance with all RetPro's Policies and Procedures;Drive the strategic planning for the Centre;Prepare and implement the Centre's Business Plan, Income, and Expenditure Budget;Manage the Centre Marketing and oversee Operations and Administration functions;Manage, develop, mentor, and motivate centre staff;Build strong, professional relationships with retailers, clients, and stakeholders.Experience/Skills required: Property Management qualification or willing to obtain;Experience in shopping centre management within Retail Property;Experience in using property management systems with great financial acumen;Fantastic leadership and stakeholder management skills;Ability to build value-add relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.The successful candidate will be rewarded with a great team environment, opportunities for continued learning and development, and be genuinely supported and valued by the management team and the company as a whole.
