Key responsibilities include:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre team in accordance with all RetPro's Policies and Procedures; Drive the strategic planning for the Centre; Prepare and implement the Centre's Business Plan, Income, and Expenditure Budget; Manage the Centre Marketing and oversee Operations and Administration functions; Manage, develop, mentor, and motivate centre staff; Build strong, professional relationships with retailers, clients, and stakeholders.
Experience/Skills required:
Property Management qualification or willing to obtain; Experience in shopping centre management within Retail Property; Experience in using property management systems with great financial acumen; Fantastic leadership and stakeholder management skills; Ability to build value-add relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
